Our trees in our front yard required some SERIOUS pruning, so Chris took a saw to them and we now have some pretty bare trees. It may take a year or two for the new growth to make the trees look fuller, but I take full responsibility if they look horrible next Spring (Chris told me to!)
Seth had a whole bunch of fun snipping away at the branches and I had a blast taking pictures. The city took their sweet time in picking up the branches, but we had such a pile, I don't really blame them!
Now our yard looks pretty bare, but leaves are starting to change color and will soon fall, so our neighbor's massive tree will fill our yard yet again with dead leaves.
Sigh.
Don't be surprised if I post a leaf-pile jumping day!
