Previously on Martin Enterprises, I shared my crush for The Bachelor as well as the realization that I have my own Prince Charming.
But, living a "happily ever after" life doesn't always feel like the fairy tales that I grew up reading.
Somedays are racked with bills, dirty diapers, and...well, torture!
Who doesn't feel like this at times?!

Other days have consisted of romantic strolls to faraway lands, visiting almost-forgotten places.
Like eating in an outside cafe next to Sweetheart Abbey in Scotland
Hugging the love of my life at Tintern Abbey Or visiting Threave Castle by boat.
And then there's the opportunity of viewing antiquities from all-over the world simply by going into a magical place like a museum in London!
The "happily ever after" fairy tale life then took sharp twists and turns as parenthood arrived at Martin Enterprises.
A new Prince Charming begin to rule.
Even while sleeping the new prince learned to rule with complete control. Quite a feat!
And then, troubling times ensued as the little prince got older.
Many battles were fought (and often lost) when trying to learn table manners.
These battles required a great amount of full submersion.
Undaunted, the little prince begin to learn how to survive in large, open pools of water.
He also came to realize that he has super powers when he's with daddy.
Like being able to see wild animals up close without getting eaten.
Upholding the law! It's a lot of work saving the world and part of "happily ever after" is taking naps with each other.
And then the fairy tale continued as we threw in a little princess:

From day one she became a Daddy's Girl and has had her own Prince Charming wrapped around her little finger.

Don't be fooled by her "always happy" disposition though. Methinks an evil spell was cast on her when she doesn't get her way.
Yup, she's a princess all right!
Like her mommy she loves to receive flowers and knows that one day she too will find her own Prince Charming. On to the next adventure!
(We'll know whether the newest Martin will be a prince or princess the end of this month!)
