The topic was "Jesus Christ is the Savior of the World," but it's also the last Sunday before Christmas, so we made sure to tie it in with the season.
Here's what it was suppose to be, read by Seth:
"In a few days, we will get to open presents for Christmas. We also get to remember the first present of Christmas, which was the baby Jesus.
Heavenly Father was so excited to bring His Son to earth that he had angels sing when Jesus was born...
...and a new star shone on the whole world.Just as this new star shone over everyone on the earth, so is Heavenly Father's gift to us, His Son, Jesus Christ, a gift for all mankind as the Savior of the world.
May we all remember the first Christmas gift as we open our presents this week that Jesus Christ is the Savior of the World."
Merry Christmas to you all; in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.Pretty cute, right?!
Seth was so excited to get up to the podium and speak to the primary children. We had some "presents" that he opened during the talk that had an angel, baby Jesus in the manger, and a star. He spoke nice and clear into the microphone, got to the part about angels singing, then suddenly stopped.
He hopped down, ran to the door, and took off. Chris was in the back of the room holding Liam, so he followed him, directly to this door:

Not knowing what else to do, I finished Seth's talk for him while he was taking care of business, trying not to laugh.
When you gotta go...
Seth...what can you do?! I guess the potty bug was contagious because the other little speaker had to dash off to the restroom as well right after he started his talk as well! Sigh.
Merry Christmas!!!!!
